Questionnaire

This questionnaire is the result of addressing the flaws identified in the prototype questionnaire. The rationale/objectives behind the design of this questionnaire have been outlined in a previous post. The questionnaire consists of open and closed questions and aids the recall of participants by utilising pictures of Netbox menus as a memory aid. The questionnaire consists of 5 pages.
